- Reviewing and managing the good content along with the team that could be relevant to the brand, while identifying and mitigating every situation that could threaten the brands social media presence and reputation.
- Conducting extensive research to build the clients social audience profile database and identify audience that matter to the brand.
- Analyzing trends and generate reports of clients social activities and engagement
- Reviewing large content and developing solution and delivering them involving process, people and technology (automation)
- Working on commercial model in various types of content review and moderation at scale and while staying Up to date on technology solution, trend and possibility in this field toward productivity and quality improvement
- Understanding about industry trend and concerns of media, social and hi-tech industry players for appropriateness of content for their consumers.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU :
- 10+ years of experience in Content moderation on Social media, Solutioning, Presales, Commercial modeling, Delivery management, Client management in Customer facing role in a Consulting/IT/ITES firm in a global set up.
- Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, PR from Premier institute with understanding about industry trend and concerns of media, social and hi-tech industry players for appropriateness of content for their consumers
- Past experience, with large content review, social, PI, customer negotiation would be plus.
- Well versed about social media channels with ability to analyze and interpret large volume of content, build valuable inferences and make informed decisions
- Hands on experience in Ms Office & Google tools like docs,calender & apps
- Staying up to date with the industry trends and relevant experience in client and customer facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
