Sr. Manager Human Resource

Human Resource job opportunity in Gurgaon for a professional holding at least 7 to 12 years experience in Human Resource. You will use your experience in HR strategy implementation, metrics, corporate initiatives, HR audits, etc. with a project management background and proficiency in HR analytics organisation. Handling all HRBP functions and working on their improvement through implementation of HR analytics methodologies.
Being efficient in stakeholder management
Studying and reporting various impacts of HR processes in business
Working closely with Zonal HR Head on sharing various HR data analytics cuts and recommendations
Conducting workshops for educating various zonal teams on corporate initiatives.
Planning, implementing and tracking various national level HR projects, supporting Head Agency HR
Acting as a process auditor for the Agency HR team
Monitoring and Controlling HR budgets
Being a central point of contact at the corporate level to the zonal teams
Working closely with leadership team to achieve a higher corporate mileage through various social initiatives
Being an agency SPOC for all payroll and HR ops issues

Graduate/PG specialized in Human Resources
7 12 years of experience in HR specifically handling HRBP functions and
Experience in dealing HR Project management
HR analytics Proficiency is a must have
